Principal Message: What the February 10 Levies Mean for Our School

At Apollo, we strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where every student has access to learning opportunities, support services, and activities that help them thrive. Many of our staff positions, programs and resources are made possible through local levy funding.

Check your students Snow (emergency) Bus Route

During inclement weather, or when school is delayed, buses may run on snow (emergency) routes. This means that for safety reasons, our drivers pick up students at different locations than usual. Please log in now to check your student’s snow/emergency route.

Superintendent Update: Levy Measures Cover Funding Gaps

In today's community update video, Student Representative to the School Board Ava Datta and Superintendent Heather Tow-Yick share about the Educational Programs and Operations Levy, Capital (Technology and Critical Repairs) Levy and Transportation (School Bus) Levy. The existing levy measures that support our students, staff and community members will expire by the end of 2026 unless they are renewed by voters on the February 10, 2026 ballot.

Reminder: Limiting Immigration Enforcement in Schools

Recent national and local ICE activity has raised questions about on-campus safety. While no incidents have occurred on our school campuses, the Issaquah School District wants families, caregivers and staff to know about our procedures and protections. Learn more about how we keep schools safe.

Levy-Supported Sports: 2,675 Participants, New Records

We are pleased to share a recap of the Fall sports season with our community. This year, more than 2,600 ISD middle and high school students participated in Fall athletics. Our student-athletes had an incredible fall sports season. Local levy dollars from the Educational Programs & Operations (EP&O) Levy provide funding that helps us offer athletics and activities for students across the district. The levy will expire unless it is renewed.

Levy Renewal Facts, Video, Resources Available Online

Are you looking for levy facts? We have been sharing information each week in the district bulletin, but wanted to share resources today, in case you have missed our prior messages. The district has three levy renewal proposals on the February 10, 2026 ballot. If approved, the measures would maintain the district's current total combined tax rate. Resources and details enclosed.
